The fat trapper- Chitosan
Chitosan is an all natural product which is derived from the polysaccharide chitin which is found in shrimps, crabs and other shell fish.
Chitosan attaches to fat in the stomach before is metabolized:
it binds to the fat and becomes a non-digestible gel which the body cannot absorb.
It is then eliminated by the body.
Chitosan is best taken 1/2 hour before a meal.
