The fat trapper- Chitosan
Chitosan is an all natural product which is derived from the polysaccharide chitin which is found in shrimps, crabs and other shell fish.
Chitosan attaches to fat in the stomach before is metabolized:
it binds to the fat and becomes a non-digestible gel which the body cannot absorb.
It is then eliminated by the body.
Chitosan is best taken 1/2 hour before a meal.

Amino Acids the building bocks of the human body
Amino acids are to protein as individual blocks are to a wall.
Because protein is made up of Amino acids they have been called the " building blocks" of the human body.
Our muscles, cartilage, bones, organss, skin and even hair are constructed from proteins.
There are approximately 80 Amino acids occuring in nature, of these 22 are necessary for proper growth and functioning of the human body.
A nmber of these are called essential Amino acids because the body cannot syntesize them and is dependent upon food intake for their availability.
We use only the finest purest ingredient in formulating our Amino acid complex and our separate Amino acid tablets and capsules.
Amino acid complex- One easy to take tablet contains a balanced blend of all essential Amino acids. Each tablet is formulated to provide a properly proportioned mix of these essential building blocks.

L-Glutamine
L-Glutamine is big news recently as it has been found to be very useful to regulate intestinal function when taken with food. Can help reduce irritation and some types of allergic reaction in the gut [especially helpful for pain associated with ibs]. As a nutrient it is required by every cell in the body. It is now back in force having been overlooked for a long time. Traditionally used by athletes and body builders to increase muscle mass and lose weight. It is found on the market in powder form and capsules, we feel the capsule form is the better one - it has a longer shelf life once open and no unpleasant taste.
CONTAINS NO YEAST, SOY, CORN, WHEAT, BARLEY, STARCH, SUGAR,
MILK, COLORING OR PRESERVATIVES
EACH CAPSULE CONTAINS:
L-Glutamine 500 mg
Other Ingredients: Magnesium Stearate and Gelatin Capsule.
SUGGESTED USE: Take one or more capsules daily as a dietary supplement.

Co-enzyme Q10
Co-enzyme Q10 is made within the body, but production falls, as we get older. It is an essential catalyst for energy metabolism. It is also a powerful antioxidant that counteracts harmful free radicals in the body.
CoQ- 10 is also found in foods, in particular raw meat, but cooking and pro-cessing tends to destroy it.This substance is particularly popular in Japan, where it is estimated that approximately 6 million people take a supplement daily. the benefits of co-enzyme Q10 are only now beginning to receive the level of recognition they deserve.
The History of Co-enzyme Ql0 Co-enzyme Q10 is an essential element in ATP synthesis - the body's basic source of cellular energy.
Properties Co-Q-lO plays a very important role at a very fundamental biochemical level as a carrier in a process known as the 'electron transport' chain. This process occurs with each cell and is the method by which the body produces energy.
Research There has been extensive research done on Co-Q-10, since the early 1960's, all over the world, particularly in Japan from the mid seventies. It was recognised early on as an important supplement, but it couldn't be produced economically until the latter 1970's.
Contra-indications/Precautions There are no known drug interactions or other contra-indications with Co-Enzyme Q-10.
The Benefits of Co-Q-l0 Cardiovascular disease: A 75% reduction in the body's Co-Q-10 level leads to the heart ceasing to function properly.
Blood pressure: It complements the action of blood pressure reducing drugs.
< Gum disease: It has been shown to restore gum health by pre-venting the progress of gum diseases such as Pyrrohea and gingivitis, and increasing the rate ofgum healing.
Weight loss: Research has shown that some overweight people have low Co-Q-10 levels.
Tissue Hypoxia: A condition leading to conditions such as stomach ulcers. Co-Q-10 has been shown to be effective against this condition.
Studies with mice increased their lifespan by 50% with Co-Q-10 supplementation, and extended the youthfulness and ability to ward off infection. Energy booster: Co-Q-10 has been shown to stimulate energy production in people feeling tired or run down.
Unfortunately, as we get older the body's levels of co-enzyme Q10 begin to diminish, which is something scientists are yet to ex-plain. However, the implications of this on our well-being are a lot clearer - reduced energy levels and a greater risk of free radical damage. And age isn't the only factor that affects the body's levels of this key nutrient. Strenuous exercise can also deplete levels of co-enzyme Q10, which is why it's now also a popular supplement with athletes.

Vitamin E
Vitamin E:
Vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin that exists in eight different forms. Each form has its own biological activity, which is the measure of potency or functional use in the body ,br> Alpha-tocopherol (α-tocopherol) is the name of the most active form of vitamin E in humans. It is also a powerful biological antioxidant .
Vitamin E in supplements is usually sold as alpha-tocopheryl acetate, a form of alpha-tocopherol that protects its ability to function as an antioxidant. The synthetic form is labeled "D, L" while the natural form is labeled "D". The synthetic form is only half as active as the natural form .
Antioxidants such as vitamin E act to protect your cells against the effects of free radicals, which are potentially damaging by-products of energy metabolism. Free radicals can damage cells and may contribute to the development of cardiovascular disease and cancer. They also contribute to premature ageing.
Studies are underway to determine whether vitamin E, through its ability to limit production of free radicals, might help prevent or delay the development of those chronic diseases.
Vitamin E has also been shown to play a role in immune function, in DNA repair, and other metabolic processes
Deficiency There are three specific situations when a vitamin E deficiency is likely to occur. It is seen in persons who cannot absorb dietary fat, has been found in premature, very low birth weight infants (birth weights less than 1500 grams, or 3.5 pounds), and is seen in individuals with rare disorders of fat metabolism. A Vitamin E deficiency is usually characterized by neurological problems due to poor nerve conduction. Individuals who cannot absorb fat may require a Vitamin E supplement because some dietary fat is needed for the absorption of Vitamin E from the gastrointestinal tract. Anyone diagnosed with cystic fibrosis, individuals who have had part or all of their stomach removed, and individuals with malabsorptive problems such as Crohn's disease, liver disease or pancreatic insufficiency may not absorb fat and should discuss the need for supplemental Vitamin E with their physician .
People who cannot absorb fat often pass greasy stools or have chronic diarrhea. Very low birth weight infants may be deficient in vitamin E. A neonatologist, a pediatrician specializing in the care of newborns, typically evaluates the nutritional needs of premature infants. Abetalipoproteinemia is a rare inherited disorder of fat metabolism that results in poor absorption of dietary fat and Vitamin E. The Vitamin E deficiency associated with this disease causes problems such as poor transmission of nerve impulses, muscle weakness, and degeneration of the retina that can cause blindness.
Individuals with abetalipoproteinemia may be prescribed special vitamin E supplements by a physician to treat this disorder.
